School Hours and Bell Schedule

Morning Bells:
  • 8:10 Bell - students proceed to classrooms
  • 8:15 Classes begin

Recess Bells:

  • 10:00 Bell - Recess
  • 10:15 - Recess Ends

Lunch Bells:

  • 11:45 Bell - lunch time; students go outside, weather permitting
  • 11:45 - 12:45 - students are supervised by lunch hour supervisors
  • 12:25 - all students indoors, to each their lunch or purchase items if there is a concession
  • 12:40 Bell - students get ready to begin afternoon classes
  • 12:45 Classes begin

After School:

  • 2:15 Bell - students tidy desks and are dismissed

StrongStart

Bouchie Lake Elementary's StrongStart Program runs on Tuesday's and Fridays from 8:15-11:15 am.  This Program is for parents/guardians and their children aged 0-5 years of age.

Just a reminder, that there are times in between parent teacher conferences and report cards that you may have concerns or issues regarding your child. If you have any questions or concerns concerning your child's education please, as soon as possible, contact his or her teacher directly.

School Profile

Bouchie Lake School has been a fixture of the Bouchie Lake Community for over 30 years. The physical structure is a testament to the growth in the school.

Staff and the community remember clearly when each piece of the school was built. Presently we have 8 Divisions and a F.T.E. of 11.2. Nine years ago Bouchie Lake School enrolled over 350 students. Presently we enrol 187 students.

Bouchie Lake School is a peanut free school!
